Stress Awareness Day is behind us but hopefully the awareness of what causes stress and what we can do against it has stayed with us all. Remember one of the tools to calm us down is using sound therapy. We work with – amongst other instruments – gongs, chimes, drums and singing bowls from Crystal Tones, considered the best in the world due to their 99.995% pure crystal structure infused with other precious gemstones, metals, and minerals. Their vibrations are guaranteed to help you drop from stress to relaxation, both in mind and body.
If your staff is currently struggling with energy levels and bad sleep (something quite common at this time of year), we’ve got an offer on our 6-month “sleep and regenerate” programme. Get in touch to find out more.

Last week Bassanti appeared on the podcast “Time We Discuss” which helps make career choices easier. She talked about how she started her own corporate wellbeing company, how it’s evolved and what yoga means to her. We had the market pretty much to ourselves ten years ago, and we are pleased office wellness is such a big thing now. We’ve got our niche in being boutique, specialised and experts in our field. 🧠
“Time We Discuss” was particularly close to Bassanti’s heart, as her passions since childhood included mathematics, languages, singing, acting, dancing and more. With so many choices and so little information, it was hard to make a decision on what to do after school. Instead of going to drama school or a conservatory, she studied politics and North American Studies. A Fulbright scholarship helped her realise that her way of expressing creativity was through writing. But she still spent ten years going from academia to politics, advertising, banking, film and television, until she finally found her calling in bringing health and wellbeing to the world through optimising people’s brains and bodies not just for peak performance but for peak happiness!!🧘🏾♀️
Had Dan’s podcast existed back when Bassanti was 20, her life may have gone very differently. That’s not to say she’d prefer this. BUT not everyone starting out may have the luxury of “drifting”, and responsibilities may mean that you choose just any job rather than the right one.❤️
