Live Online Yoga

Live Online Yoga

Bassanti’s weekly yoga class on a Saturday morning is a mix of flowing and holding postures. But we’re not just focusing on strength, flexibility and connective tissue. We observe the breath and learn about the mythologies behind the postures, the science of yoga and the applications of what we learn in our daily lives. You’ll leave relaxed and refreshed, ready for the weekend ahead.

Our livestream classes are taking place via Zoom (which you can download and use for free on your phone or laptop — for best viewing, connect to your TV).

Once booked, you will receive a link to join our virtual class.

Click on the link you’ve received in your confirmation email. If it’s your first time and/or you want to discuss any issues or injuries, we advise joining a few minutes before the class starts.

If you’re late, unfortunately you might not be let into the class anymore, and while there are no refunds, if you’ve missed the class you’ve booked for, you can get in touch with us to have it changed to another date and time.

Please note that all our sales are final, however if you’d like to reschedule to a different class, you can get in touch with us and we’ll try and find you a space on another date/time.

If you haven’t received an automatic email with Zoom link and password, check your spam or promotions folder and if you still can’t find the email, get in touch with us (contact@pathak-yoga.com) at least 30 minutes before the class, so we have enough time to sort this out. Please note that a few minutes before the session start, I won’t be able to help anymore.

You absolutely can, we accommodate all levels. Do let us know if it’s your first time, though, just so we’re aware. You can get in touch by emailing us: contact@pathak-yoga.com

All you need to join is a working internet connection, a mat and some comfortable clothing that allows you to move. For the meditation and breathing part of the class, you may want to have warm clothes and socks, as our body will slow down and get colder. For the rest of the class, we practise barefoot so we don’t slide on the mat. You may wish to use straps, belts, blocks (or books) for some poses or sit/lie on a bolster for the meditation, but if you don’t have any of these things, don’t panic – you’ll be absolutely fine without any props!! And last but not least, it’s best not to eat a heavy meal one to two hours before the session.

You can use our online booking system to book your employees into any of our existing classes. However, most companies prefer bespoke classes for just their team rather than mixing with external people, and classes which let them choose the time of day. So if you’d like a session catered to your employees, then do call or email us to find out more and set up a session / sessions exclusively for you. We have corporate packages in which you can combine any of our services  which might be more suitable for you than individual classes of just one style.
