If, like so many other team leaders or concerned employees, you still haven’t found a way to get your company decision-makers invested in a wellbeing for performance initiative, read on. I gave a masterclass at the International HR Tech Conference (Leipzig) and a talk at the NeuroYoga Community Showcase (New York). In both I shared practical tips to give you ideas on how to pitch to the person with budget control in your company.

2) the right language – rather than “it will feel good”, cite a study (your wellbeing provider can suggest one for you) which shows raised productivity levels after only minutes, and focus on what the wellbeing initiative can do for company profit and staff absenteeism numbers rather than citing non-measurable results.
